Laundry Gallery is one of Darwin’s coolest destinations to see contemporary Indigenous art. Melbourne artist Libby Haines original still-life paintings are hard to come by. She sells two works a week via Instagram to an instant influx of comments hoping be the winning buyer. Scottish-born, Melbourne-based artist Bobby Clark’s work is minimalistic, abstract, and intriguing. She’s mostly known for her meticulous paintings and prints featuring balanced and geometric shapes, but she’s recently worked with her husband and fellow artist Steven John Clark (founder of DenHolm) on a new series that layers her signature style in neon graffiti and drips of spray paint — including her current favourite, dubbed ‘Molly’.
