With an impressive 35+years in the real estate industry, Russ has earned an enviable reputation. He continues to enjoy a stellar career and is recognised as an industry professional possessing a diverse skill set and deep understanding of property fundamentals.

His experience in residential project marketing and consultancy, sales management and real estate practice, in general, is unsurpassed.

He has had remarkable success with major ‘off-the-plan’ residential developments in Southeast Qld, transacting over $2.5 billion in sales.

Russ has owned and operated the No I office in Australia (10 consecutive years) for one of the nation’s largest real estate brands and held advisory and Board positions with that organisation as well as the REIQ. Subsequently, he acted in a senior managerial capacity for another highly respected national boutique brand. Over the years he has acted for various Government bodies in both consultancy and agency capacities and successfully managed a divestment programme on behalf of the Department of Finance and Administration (DOFA). Russ has also consulted to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in relation to the future housing needs of service personnel in S/E Queensland.

With Ray White Toowong, Russ will utilize the extensive knowledge and experience gained during his remarkable career to mentor sales and operational personnel within the Robin McIlwain team as well as foster project marketing initiatives.
